San Augustine, Pineland, and Buna, Texas  A groundbreaking collaboration has been initiated in these locations , to revolutionize the local digital landscape. JohnHargroveConsultingLLC, Evergreen Technology Solutions LLC, the  Public Libraries, are joining forces to design, fund, and construct a state-of-the-art High-Speed Internet backbone system. This project, spanning 2023 and in  2024, marks a significant milestone in digital connectivity for rural areas. Key Highlights of the Initiative: 1. Innovative Public-Private Partnership Model: This initiative is pioneering in the United States, focusing on deep rural areas. It features a local ISP-owned, managed, and operated Digital Hub and Network system, providing complimentary Internet service to public and non-profit institutions as part of the partnership with Evergreen ISP. 2. Advanced Technology Implementation: The project boasts a two Gigabit capacity, scalable to ten Gigabits, utilizing cutting-edge millimeter wave microwave technology. This infrastructure ensures robust, high-speed connections to key community locations, including churches, libraries, and strategically placed WIFI zones. 3. Community-Centric Objectives: The project is dedicated to supporting local nonprofits at the lowest cost possible, enhancing digital literacy, and effectively closing the digital divide in Buna, TX. It includes the provision of public high-performance WIFI and digital literacy training. 4. Retail and Nonprofit Partnership Initiatives: Evergreen Technology Solutions LLC is actively forming partnerships with regional nonprofits, particularly in SE Texas, to implement this comprehensive plan. This will also contribute to a sustainable revenue stream to maintain and operate the entire system. 5. Technological Excellence: Embracing the latest in Fixed Wireless technology, the project promises near gigabit speeds and compliance with BEAD NTIA 100/100 speed requirements. Service Expansion and Community Benefits: - Digital Information Kiosks: Positioned strategically to disseminate vital community information, these kiosks represent a leap in accessible digital communication. - Library Digital Rooms: An innovative space for virtual meetings, telehealth appointments, job interviews, and more, underscoring the commitment to digital inclusivity. - Widespread WIFI Coverage: enhancing digital access for residents and visitors. - Inclusive Internet Services: Tailored services for nonprofits and residents, ensuring high-quality internet access is not a privilege but a norm in the rural communities. --- End of Release
